Alpe Adria Cycle Route: annual winter closure from Tarvisio to Venzone

From November 2025, the Alpe Adria Cycle Route FVG1 from Tarvisio to Venzone will be closed, as usual, for the winter period.
Upon reopening, the tunnels will be equipped with a new lighting system. 

The section from Venzone to Grado via Udine, Palmanova and Aquileia is open all year round.

The reopening date of the stage Tarvisio - Venzone of the Alpe Adria Cycle Route will be announced on this page starting from April 2026.
